Is Pilates good for beginners?
Absolutely. Pilates was designed to be accessible. Our beginner classes start with the fundamentals and progress at your pace.
What's the difference between Pilates and yoga?
Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements that build core strength and stability. Yoga emphasises flexibility, breath, and stillness. Many of our clients do both.
Do you offer class packs or memberships?
Yes — we have casual rates, 10-class packs (valid 3 months), and unlimited monthly memberships. Your first class is always free.
Where do I park?
There's 2-hour street parking on Jonson Street and the Byron Bay town centre car park is a 3-minute walk. We also have a bike rack out front.
Can I bring my baby to class?
Babies are welcome in our post-natal classes. For other classes, we ask that you arrange childcare so everyone can focus on their practice.
