Pregnancy changes your body — Pilates helps you adapt with strength and confidence. Our pre-natal classes focus on pelvic floor, core stability, and movements that support your changing body through each trimester.
Post-natal sessions help you rebuild safely after birth. We work with your GP or physio's clearance and progress at your pace. Babies are welcome in post-natal classes — we're used to working around feeds and naps.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I start pre-natal Pilates?
After your first trimester (12 weeks) with GP clearance. If you were practising before pregnancy, we can often continue with modifications from the start.
When can I return after birth?
Typically 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 12 weeks post-caesarean, with GP or physio clearance. We'll start gently and build from there.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No — our pre-natal classes are designed for all fitness levels. We modify everything to suit where you are.
