Do I need experience to start?

Not at all. Our beginner classes assume zero experience. Your instructor will teach you the basics and build from there.

What should I wear?

Comfortable fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide grip socks — no shoes needed on the reformer.

How is reformer different from mat Pilates?

The reformer uses spring resistance to add challenge and support. It's lower impact on joints and allows for a wider range of exercises than mat work alone.
